Erodium manascavii is a medium-sized evergreen perennial. It grows to about two feet high and forms a dense clump. The leaves are greeny-grey, very finely divided and softly hairy, and form a large basal rosette. The bright cerise flowers with darker veining are borne in clusters of half a dozen or so at the top of the unbranched flowering stem. Erodium manascavii flowers throughout the summer and autumn, and like most Geraniums, can withstand quite dry conditions. It also self-seeds easily.
